Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Manager with proven supervisory capabilities to join our team. As the Benefits Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert in benefits administration, with a focus on 403(b) plan adoption, workers' compensation oversight, Oracle system proficiency, and invoice reconciliation.

Salary: $80K-$95K

Responsibilities:

1. Benefits Administration Expertise:

   • Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in benefits administration to design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefit programs.
   • Specialize in 403(b) plan adoption, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and staying abreast of industry best practices.

2. Supervisory Skills:

   • Lead and manage a team of benefits professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality benefits services.
   • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting professional development and teamwork among team members.

3. Workers' Compensation Oversight:

   • Oversee the workers' compensation program, including claim management, coordination with insurance providers, and implementation of safety initiatives to minimize workplace injuries.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

4. Oracle System Proficiency:

   • Utilize Oracle or similar HRIS systems to manage and administer benefits programs efficiently.
   • Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with IT teams for system enhancements.

5. Invoice Reconciliation:

   • Manage the reconciliation of benefit-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
   • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to address discrepancies and maintain budgetary compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in benefits administration, with a focus on 403(b) plans.
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation programs and regulations.
• Previous supervisory experience, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems, particularly Oracle or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements.
